TIME TO MOVE
Creativity is a disposition that can be nurtured in children with gentle encouragement.
Creativity requires slow time and it requires making mistakes, experimenting, readjusting and persisting.
In a creative experience, the generation of ideas is more important than a final product.
Creative time grows imagination and encourages the cognitive
flexibility to do things in a variety of ways to solve a problem.
When creative experiences are shared in the flesh or virtually, with a sibling, friend or parent, children develop and extend their own ideas, make sense of themselves and their world
